Launch Ready Rescue for web agencies

Your client launches Friday. We'll test what the scanner can't.

A scan catches the noindex tag and the broken links. It takes a person to notice the contact form that shows a success message and delivers nothing. Rescue puts a QA reviewer on one client launch: a full Launch Ready scan, the key journeys tested by hand, and a report you can hand to your client.

The misses that reach the client

The kind of problems we look for. Examples, not a prediction about your client's site:

The contact form silently fails

It shows a success message, but the client's leads never arrive. A scan doesn't submit forms; with your permission, we do, using test data.

Staging settings ship to production

A leftover noindex tag, a robots rule or a staging URL survives the launch and keeps the site invisible to Google.

A key step breaks

Checkout, booking or signup has a broken step that only shows when someone walks through it.

When agencies book Rescue

A launch you can't get wrong

A shop going live, a campaign landing on a fixed date, or a new client's first site with your agency.

No QA person this week

The team is busy finishing the build and the launch date doesn't move. We take the final check.

A second pair of eyes

Someone outside the build team walks the journeys and gives a launch recommendation you can share.

What you get

  1. 1

    Full automated technical scan

Up to 300 pages across all eight Launch Ready categories, with homepage performance measurements where available.

  2. 2

    Human verification of critical findings

We manually confirm up to 5 high-priority findings, so you don't chase false alarms.

  3. 3

    Manual testing of key journeys

Up to 3 journeys that matter to your client's business: contact, checkout, booking, signup.

  4. 4

    Business-prioritized fix plan

What to fix before launch, in the first week, and later, tied to the client's goal you give us.

  5. 5

    Client-ready report with evidence

Page URLs, reproduction steps, screenshots and a verification test for each fix. On request, without Launch Ready branding, so you can hand it to your client as your own QA.

Questions

Which websites and frameworks are supported?
Any website or web app we can reach: WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Next.js and sites built with Lovable, Bolt, Replit or Cursor. If the site blocks automated visitors or needs a login we can't access, we'll tell you before testing starts.
Can we hand the report to our client?
Yes. Tick the neutral-report option in the intake and we deliver it without Launch Ready's name or logo, so you can pass it on under your agency's name. The findings, evidence and stated limitations stay the same.
Do we need the client's permission?
You need the site owner's authorization to commission the review. As the agency building the site you usually have it; the intake asks you to confirm it before we test.
What happens after purchase?
You're taken to a short intake form: your website, your main business goal, the journeys that must work, and your authorization to test. Once payment and intake are confirmed, we check eligibility, run the scan and do the manual review.
Can you review staging or preview sites?
Yes, and that's the best time: before the client sees the site. Never put passwords in the intake form: if a staging site needs credentials, we'll arrange a secure way to share access.
Can you test checkout flows?
We test up to the point where a real transaction, message or data change would happen. Anything that creates real orders, sends real messages or changes production data needs your separate, explicit approval (a test mode or test card is best).
Are fixes included?
No. The audit is valuable on its own: you can hand the report to your own developer. If you'd like us to implement fixes, we quote a limited Fix Sprint (from €399) once the scope is clear.
What do you need from me?
The site address, the client's main business goal, the customer journeys that matter, the launch date and confirmation that you're allowed to commission the review.
How long is delivery?
Within 2 business days of a complete intake and any access we need.
What if the site is unavailable?
We pause and contact you. The delivery window restarts once the site is reachable again. We never invent findings for pages we couldn't test; the report states its coverage.
How is Rescue different from the €7.99 Full Scan?
The Full Scan is automated and self-service. Rescue adds a person: we verify findings, test your journeys by hand, judge business impact and give you a clear launch recommendation.
What cancellation and refund rules apply?
See the Rescue service terms. In short: cancel before work starts for a full refund; if we can't deliver because of an issue on our side, you get your money back.
