Terms of Service
Last updated October 6, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Péter Kiss, who operates Launch Ready at https://uselaunchready.com (uselaunchready.com) from Spain ("we"). Our full details are in the legal notice. By creating an account or running a scan, you agree to these terms.
The service
Launch Ready crawls websites you submit, applies deterministic checks, and produces a launch-readiness score and report. It is a pre-launch QA aid for agencies, freelancers, marketers, and SMBs.
It is not a WCAG certification, legal advice, privacy/compliance certification, penetration test, or a guarantee that a site is safe to launch. Automated findings can miss issues and can flag signals that need human review.
Your account
You must provide a valid email and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite on Pro or Agency.
Business use only
Launch Ready is for businesses and professionals. By creating an account you confirm that you use it for your trade, business, or profession, and not as a consumer.
Acceptable use
- Only scan sites you own or are authorized to test
- Do not use the crawler to attack, spam, or overwhelm third-party infrastructure
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security controls
- Do not upload unlawful content or misuse share links to harass others
We may suspend accounts that abuse the queue or violate these terms.
Plans, billing, and cancellations
The Free, Pro, and Agency plans and their limits are described on the pricing page and in the product. Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout. A paid plan starts when Stripe confirms the payment.
Free trials and promotional discounts, when we offer them, are shown at checkout with how long they last. When a trial ends, the subscription continues at the price shown unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You can cancel any time in the customer portal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for; the workspace then moves to Free. Fees already paid are not refunded for part of a billing period, except where the law requires it.
If a payment fails, the workspace keeps its paid plan for a 14-day grace period in read-only mode (existing reports stay available; new scans and share links pause) while you update your payment method. After that it moves to Free.
We may change prices for future billing periods. We will email workspace owners at least 30 days before a price change applies to them.
Full Scan Credits
A Full Scan Credit lets one Free workspace run one Full Scan: up to 300 internal pages, the full check suite, a homepage Lighthouse run, and a report that stays available in that workspace while the workspace exists. A credit belongs to the workspace, not to a person. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred to another workspace or person, and cannot be combined with a discount.
A credit is either purchased (€7.99 plus any applicable tax, one credit per purchase) or earned (granted by us, for example for sharing Launch Ready under the share reward below, or as support compensation). Purchased credits never expire. Earned credits expire on the date shown with them; a share credit expires 30 days after we approve the share.
A credit is used only when a workspace member with permission to run scans explicitly confirms a Full Scan that uses a credit. Confirming reserves the credit. The credit is spent when the report is delivered, including a report that shows the site itself was unreachable or broken. If the Full Scan cannot be delivered because of a problem on our side, the reservation is released and the credit is available again; an earned credit that expired meanwhile is replaced once with a new credit valid for seven days. A paid plan's Full Scans never use a credit.
A credit does not lift the Free plan's other limits: the single site of a Free workspace, the number of projects, scan rate and concurrency limits, and read-only periods after a failed subscription payment.
If a payment for a credit is refunded, charged back or found invalid, an unused credit from that payment is withdrawn; while a refund or dispute is open, the credit cannot be used. A credit already spent is not taken back, and its report stays available. We do not change any subscription because of a credit payment.
Within 14 days of buying a credit you can ask support@uselaunchready.com for a full refund, as long as the credit is unused. Before a purchased credit is spent, we ask you to confirm that you want the Full Scan to start now and that, once the report is delivered, you can no longer withdraw from the purchase of that credit.
Share reward
- Who can take part: a Free workspace, by a member with permission to run scans, with a confirmed email address and at least one completed scan in the workspace.
- What to do: share Launch Ready in a public post on LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Bluesky, Threads or Mastodon that includes the workspace's own share link and says that you receive a free Full Scan for sharing (for example with #ad), and use the platform's paid or brand partnership label where it has one. The post must be published after the share link was issued, must not claim results you did not get, and must stay public while the credit is unused. Then submit the post's address in Launch Ready.
- Review: a person reviews every submission, normally within 24 hours. We may reject a submission that does not meet these rules and tell you why.
- Limits: one share credit a day and at most four in any 30 days, both per workspace and per social account; one credit per post; one submission in review at a time; at most three rejected submissions per workspace in 30 days.
- Withdrawal of a share credit: if the post is deleted, made private or found not genuine while the credit is unused, we may withdraw the credit. A credit already reserved or spent is not taken back.
- Changes: we may change or end the share reward at any time; credits already granted stay valid until they expire. Your post must also follow the rules of the platform you use.
Staging credentials
If you store HTTP basic auth for staging, we encrypt it using a key derived from our server secret. Changing that secret invalidates stored passwords. Prefer short-lived staging credentials and revoke them when the engagement ends.
Intellectual property
We own the Launch Ready product, brand, and software. You retain rights to your sites and the content of reports about those sites. You grant us a limited license to process submitted URLs and crawl results solely to provide the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, complete crawl coverage, or that scores will match a human audit. Use findings as input to your own launch process.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch Ready and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for launch decisions you make based on reports. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (or zero if you are on Free).
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or material breach. Provisions that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, IP) survive termination.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes about the service are handled by the courts of Málaga, Spain, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
